WHAT IS TELE-COURT? Tele-Court is a private company that provides audio conferencing and web video services to courts across the country. For a relatively small fee, Tele-Court makes the process of scheduling, managing and conducting telephonic court appearances more efficient for the court and for the parties. WHO CAN USE TELE-COURT? Anyone can use Tele-Court! Attorneys, clients, self represented (Pro Se) litigants, experts, witnesses and non-parties. WHY MUST I PAY A FEE FOR A TELEPHONE CALL? Tele-Court charges a fee because we are providing much more than just a simple telephone call. We work with each court to create the system for managing the process according to the needs of its judges, we customize the registration and scheduling systems and ultimately state of the art conference call and operator services. WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED? For the basic telephonic appearance component of a court appearance, you only need a telephone. |
